Our commercial automatic range — the 8-5 River and 8-8 Lake (about 30 litres daily) and the 12-12 Gulf and 12-20 Sea (about 45 litres daily) — adds built-in reserve tanks of 19 to 76 litres, and the PWS 45-75 produces 170–284 litres per day.

Distillation boils water into steam and condenses it, physically separating water from virtually everything else. Reverse osmosis pushes water through a fine membrane, which removes most — but not all — dissolved solids, and its performance degrades as the membrane ages. Distillation delivers more consistent purity (typically 0–1 ppm TDS), wastes no reject water, and needs no membrane replacement.

Two simple tasks: rinse the boiling tank and run PWS Descaler occasionally to dissolve mineral scale (more often in hard-water areas), and replace the activated coconut charcoal sachet roughly monthly to keep taste crisp.
