The BWF-2 (#900000) is a semi-automatic bottle washer and fill station built for high-volume water operations that clean and refill bottles all day. Constructed in robust stainless steel, it puts a serious washing system and dual-spout filling into a single machine, cutting labour while keeping hygiene standards high.

Washing

• 3-stage cleaning system covering the bottle inside and out
• Jet stream nozzle for high-pressure internal washing
• Heated washing and sterilisation for thorough sanitation
• Two 3/4 HP pumps driving the wash and fill circuits

Filling

• Two goose-neck fill spouts for filling a pair of bottles at once
• Easily adjustable spouts to accommodate different bottle sizes
• High-flow 24V solenoid valve for fast, consistent delivery
• Fill guard protector plus a fold-down shelf for 1-gallon fills

Operation and safety

• Independent on/off switches for pump and heater
• Low-level shutdown to protect the equipment
