How it's used
- Add to warm water in the cooled boiling tank, soak 30–60 minutes (overnight for heavy buildup), drain and rinse.
- Descale every 2–4 weeks of daily use in most of Malaysia and Singapore; more often in hard-water areas.
- Safe for stainless steel — formulated for PWS boiling tanks; never use steel wool alongside it.
