About this product
A 6" in-line sediment filter kit (#510256) with 1/4" connections, supplied complete with mounting bracket and screw. Its job is to trap particles in the feed line before they reach the solenoid valve, where grit is a common cause of sticking and early failure.
- Kit includes the filter, bracket and fixing screw
- Mount it somewhere accessible so future cartridge swaps take minutes
Change the filter at least once a year — more frequently if your raw water carries heavy sediment or your usage is high.
