Manual reset safety switch (#060104), DPST, fitted to the boiling tank of every PWS water distiller. If unsafe conditions develop - overheating or the tank boiling dry - the switch cuts power to the heating element and stays off until the prominent red button is pressed, so the fault gets noticed instead of repeating unattended.
